2. Eligibility

  • You must be 13 years or older.
  • You must have a valid Roblox account.
  • You must be a Roblox user (creator/developer).

3. Account Security

You are responsible for your account security. Never share your authentication tokens. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Vertexis to:

  • Generate exploits, cheats, or malicious code.
  • Violate Roblox's Terms of Use or Community Standards.
  • Abuse our AI systems (spam, harmful content).

5. AI Content & Liability

Vertexis is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

AI-generated code may be incorrect or insecure. You are solely responsible for reviewing and testing all code before using it in your games.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vertexis is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You own the scripts you create.
  • Our Platform: We own the Vertexis platform and tools.
  • Roblox: Roblox® is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. We are not affiliated with Roblox.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via our Discord server.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
